Whether you’re choosing a service provider, consultant or training program, there can be a lot on the line. You’ve worked hard to build your business. You work hard for every dollar you make. Your reputation is important to you. You only have a limited amount of time and want to use it in the best way possible. With so many options out there to get your needs met, how do you decide what is right for you? Let us explain to you why Frontspace may (or may not) be the right fit for you.
We’re Entrepreneurs Ourselves
Most (although not all) service providers, consultants and trainers specialize in what it is that they do. Our specialty is in building profitable businesses first and foremost. We’ve built dozens of success ventures in areas outside of business services including personal finance, software development, e-commerce and personal development.
We’ve learned what we have because of necessity in our own businesses. As things become more specialized online, we’ve wanted to keep things in-house but we realize that’s not practical (nor desirable) for most entrepreneurs so we make our team, experience and resources available to others. The same team we train and trust to work on our businesses and projects is the one who will work on yours.
Practice Comes Before Preaching For Us
When you start to ask questions of a lot of service providers, consultants and trainers, very few of them actually practice on their own businesses. Yet others say they practice what they preach. For us, everything we advocate and teach it is because these are the things that have worked and continue to work for us in our businesses. We don’t preach unless we’ve practiced (and practiced on our own businesses).
We Focus On The Big Picture
When you’ve looked at different things you do, or want to do, within your business, have you ever felt like you’re trying to fit a square peg into a round hole? Each of the components of doing business online is becoming increasingly specialized. The challenge is that many specialists in different areas don’t take into account the big picture. The same strategies may be suggested for businesses in entirely different areas or businesses who position themselves entirely differently.
Our approach is to focus on a more integrated way of marketing. Even if we’re only working with you on a small part of your business, we do our best to make sure we understand your business – and you – as a whole. Where are you now? Where do you want to go? What image do you want to portray? What do you want to be known as and for?
We’re Here For the Long Haul
We’ve had clients with us since 1998. We’re not just interested in working with you on a one-time project but we want to be your silent partner as you continue to grow your business over the years ahead.
Due to our long-term view and positioning, we’re brutally honest with clients. We will turn down your business if we know that what you want to do isn’t right for you or if we feel we aren’t the ones to do it for you.
We Meet Deadlines
We understand that often what we do for you is just a small role but it’s often an integral one. As long as we have what we need from you, when we say we’ll have something done by a specific date, you can count on us having it done by then.
When We May Not Be Right For You
There are times when a business owner may not be a good fit for us. We want to make it clear from the get go what our expectations are.
We don’t play therapist with clients. As such, we don’t tolerate rude or inappropriate behavior from clients.
We don’t start work until we’re paid. We’re not here to finance other businesses.
We work with a single points of contact at companies for individual projects to ensure communications flow properly. If you have multiple things to get to us from different people, one person should coordinate efforts on your side.
To keep the costs down for our clients, we carefully schedule projects and time allocation of our team to them. If you have deadlines on your side, then you’ll need to get us what we may need to get the work done in a timely manner.
Taking the Next Step
