We take each client through our tried and true 3-stage process for maximum growth. We’ve discovered over the years that this is by far the best approach to ensure that the execution of growth strategies takes hold and gains momentum.
Our diagnosis stage is much like visiting a family doctor for the first time. We’ll complete a detailed intake so we know what your business history is and what your goals are. We’ll then conduct a thorough review of your website, products/services and marketing assets.
From there, we’ll assess what needs to be fixed or improved with what you’re currently doing, what you should consider stopping doing and what growth strategies are best suited specifically for your business. We also help you create an execution calendar to implement our recommendations.
This is the “rinse and repeat” stage where we focus on what is the next big priority that your business needs to focus on and then we help you execute and measure it. We follow this approach since we are firm believers in the idea of focusing on one objective at a time in order to maximize results.
If you have an existing team, we’ll make sure they are involved throughout the process.
If we choose to work together, we’d get started with the Diagnosis and Analysis stages for a single flat fee. Completion time will range from 30-60 days in most cases.
Should we agree to continue working together, our What’s Next stage is offered on a recurring monthly payment basis and a nominal revenue share.
